So my treat yoself Saturday was FABULOUS! Berea Farmers Market where I scored a totally awesome mug, special ordered a leather bound journal from an awesome lady, and saw a lot of smiling faces...oh and bought me a fine looking Challah, holla! Then joined a community effort to support a local business, Three Fold Meats and wouldnt you know it...dozens and dozens and dozens of folks came to do the same, and the effect was incredibly moving and made me so proud to be a part of Berea community. Then, I got the most enormous maple nut ice cream cone from the local candy shop, went to the library where I picked up, yes, season 4 of True Blood, bwhahahah, and my interlibrary loans books were there! THEN, oh yeah, it gets better, I went to Robie and Robie Fine Books where I started my sons Shel Silverstein collection. It was something to read through Where the Sidewalk Ends, so many memories of child hood. I am not bragging about my day, I am bragging about my town. Where I dropped a little cash and was able to get so much long term, nutritional, delicious, entertaining, exchanges in returns. Oh, and dear friends Ali Blair Brett Hetzell and Ben Ibershoff got the funds needed for their business loan, also due to hard work on their part and community effort on our part. There is so much to be thankful for, to celebrate.
