So....no closure yet. The judges computer was down (lame) so she couldnt research the cases our lawyer referenced. She was also missing one document that she knew existed because the opposition replied to it. The judge will review everything and either notify us that the case is dismissed or goes to trial by mail. If we dont hear from her, we have another date set for November 25th. Lots of good energy there to support us today. The courtroom was standing room only! Sucks cuz we wanna be done with this, but were still very optimistic. Well keep posting updates, and in the meantime, keep thinking dismissal!! Thanks to those who are showing their support! It really makes a difference for us.
