So now its illegal to dunk the football over the goal post to celebrate a touchdown. Team players of the NFL, if you want to keep your fans, dunk the ball anyway. Accept the 15 yard penalty, and opposing team, accept a defensive sack for 15 yards on the the very next play to show solidarity. We are not little kids vying for everyone being a winner. Losing is part of the game, celebrating victory is also something we should be able to enjoy. If we dont want to hear trash talk about our Momma, then we need to shut them up by beating them down the field, not whining to the refs or the front office about verbal abuse. Im beginning to agree with Mark Cuban, the NFL is less than 10 years away from implosion...and when it happens youll hear a collective sigh from the raped pocketbooks of many fans. I gave up going to home games when they demanded a PSL to purchase tickets...like anyone should pay for a Personal Seating License. It was just a reason to double ticket prices. Games were played on Sunday with a special Monday night game as a treat, now its Thursday, and Sunday, Sunday night, and Monday...But you still cant get NFL ticket on normal cable or see the other Missouri team on local networks despite being in the other division. I will always be a The Kansas City Chiefs fan, but if the NFL folds in on itself I wont be shedding any tears.
