So now that I have been discharged from the hospital, I can let the Facebook world know lol.... We went for my 38 week appointment this morning and because of extremely high blood pressure (160/94), I was admitted immediately to labor and delivery with a possible induction today. The docs were worried about preeclampsia so they did some tests and kept me upstairs for a while but Ive been released now and all is good. I have been diagnosed with gestational hypertension though. Just have to go in for more tests over the next week. My induction date has officially been scheduled for August 26th, so next Tuesday our little chunky monkey will be here with us, unless of course she decides to come sooner! Was super nervous but Im much better now!
