So often we concentrate on all the "bad things" that we forget how much good we have in our life. I have had my share of battles in past years and still in the midst of turmoil, however through it all I have learned 3 very valuable lessons: #1 - The more I focus on the problem the larger it becomes #2 - Those "bad things" are often blessings in disguise #3 - And more I practice Gratitude the lesser powerful the obstacles are Try giving thanks for the good things in your life. Try finding something positive in your situation; maybe not about the situation itself but at leadt about something that is going on in your life at that very moment. Try practicing this throughout your day. I mean if you honestly try it, you might just see a change for the better. If not you can always go back to the misery and pain. Just a suggestion.
