So on my 3rd phone call in 24 hours to Thomas Cook Reservations telling them that all their Cape Verde flights have vanished they decide to take me seriously, they have tried in the last 2 calls to fob me off with all random excuses - its full, theres no allocation of seats now, the hotel is available but the flights arent - no its not, yes it is - now they also twig that not only have all the Cape Verde flights disappeared so have all the Canaries ones for Winter 2014 and summer 2015 and then they all came back so I got the customers card details to book and then they disappeared again within 5 minutes- its like the hokey cokey of holidays. My lovely ex- Co-op friends who work at Thomas Cook I am sorry for this moan but their lack of customer service is appalling, I feel sorry for you all :-( XXXX
