So on the front of my neighbor problem, Im now having to draft a letter to him to get him to stop mowing my lawn and basically stop being as annoying as he is. If anyone would like to give me some advice on said letter, I would appreciate it: ------------------------- To: __________________ Im writing this letter to inform you that you are trespassing on my property by mowing my lawn. I have also not received any documentation or legal notice to your claim that the fence between our property is positioned wrong or the claim that the survey pegs and iron bars that mark the property are in the wrong location. The mediators of ________ have made repeated attempts to contact you in regards to these matters and you have not responded. I ask you respect the property boundaries as expressed on the city records and my property report enclosed in this letter. If you wish to discuss this matter, you may do so through either a mediator, a lawyer, or in writing; however I will no longer accept verbal discussion on these matters unless a 3rd party of which I approve is present. I ask if you have any evidence such as a property report which supports your claims that it must be made available to myself and any third party mediators. Unless any evidence can be provided to the contrary, I will consider any further action of yours on my lawn past the property line as a trespass.
