So our Comcast service has been messing up since Friday night. Yesterday, when my husband called "customer service" (and I use that term very loosely), the recording said it would be an hour and a half wait on hold just to talk to someone, which he refused to do. He initiated an on-line chat, which yielded no results as the guy said he could not do anything to help us with our service. This afternoon, he tried again. After 37 minutes on hold, finally got a person who could not remedy the situation after being on the phone with her for another 30 minutes. Finally, she offered to send a technician. The earliest time they can come will be Thursday afternoon! Unbelievable! I think they need to hire some additional help.
