So our PiYo workout came yesterday, and so of course we had to check it out!! Went over the tutorial, which was great! Chalene explains everything about the alignment of your body in detail. I will probably review this a couple more times before starting on the 7th. Did the Drench DVD, and I was drenched for sure!! It was an amazing workout! It is apparent that I need this for better flexibility. Really loved it! Got a great burn in my quads, butt and arms/shoulders. Lots of great ab work too!! As always, it was awkward at first. Always takes me a bit to get the moves and routines down, and I always have to remind myself to give myself some time. Feeling nice and stretched now. :) Holding off on any more PiYo workouts until our group starts. I want to experience it with you, but wanted to get some kind of idea of what it was like.
