So per Jeanie Buss I am the boss, everyone answers to me. So everyone thats disappointed with Jim Buss as ownership, hes only doing what Jeanie Buss allows him to do. Me personally I dont think hes done a bad job, being that he was the one that drafted Andrew Bynum who ultimately landed them Dwight Howard. He orchestrated the trade that would have brought them CP3, if not for David Stern vetoing the trade. He got Steve Nash even though that hasnt worked out due to him being injured. But before all the injuries, trades been undone, and players leaving, we all thought that the Lakers would be in a good position. Now he has made some bad decisions too, in hiring Dantoni over Phil, but Jerry West and Dr. Jerry Buss made mistakes too. For example: West hired lets see, Randy Pfund, Dale Harris, Mike Dunleavy, Rudy Tomjanovich....just to name a few. So everyone dont hit every single time. Some unfortunate events took place that were out of Jims control. But with the Lakers history, and the CBA directed directly towards the Lakers and big market teams, I think they deserve an opportunity to be able to build a teams within a couple of years. We are spoiled with winning championships...I wanted conversation, what you think? lol
