So...several years ago when Id wake up for high school - Id watch the news with my mom and brother before going to school. KXLY channel 4 news covering Spokane, WA and CDA Area...there was usually a segment called Defend Yourself where a professional guy would come on and teach hand to hand combat and would spar with the news anchors on camera. That was my self defense teacher Mr. Foley. Just found that out when I went to Youtube to look up self defense to see if Mr. Foley had any videos at his Self Defense center (he told us we could possibly see videos of some of the techniques he teaches on Youtube)...imagine my surprise that the guy I used to watch on the news - amazed at what he was teaching would one day be one of my college professors teaching what Id always wished to learn whilst growing up. The video I posted is a variation of one of the moves we are being taught currently, dubbed Dancing with the Stars - it is the first half of the video.
