So since graduating WCHS and leaving in 1998 and working in the media for a while now, Ive had the pleasure of meeting a LOT of interesting people. But heres a absolute first despite all my years in the media... Was covering the University of Arizona Wildcats at this past weekends NCAA tournament in San Diego and I come to find out that #1, Gabe York, if from West Covina and damn, this kid is good on the court. Best of luck to him and the rest of the wild cats as they battle it out in Anehim today Thurs 3/27 and go on to the elite 8 and then the final four. Go Gabe, making the cove proud.
