So some not so good news on Sara. We were prepared for an FHO today but the vet called this am and looking at the xrays can tell that her ACL is also torn and several ligaments as well as tendons. He said he could do a TTA on the knee and FHO on the hip but she would still be in severe pain so he didnt suggest it. He is now running complete blood work and xrays (or done by now I assume) to make sure there is nothing else wrong before amputating her leg at the hip. Debi Wright Berry is beside herself. Please say a prayer for both Sara and Debi! Thank you!
