So someone set this girl straight - I swear up and down going trick or treating at Crosbys Place downtown when I was young, probably 4 or 5ish. This would make the year either 1985 or 1986. Am I cooking this up in my head or did they actually have events like that? And where was Crosbys? I remember being ridiculously TERRIFIED of the folks dressed up as characters from The Wizard of Oz and making my dad carry me out I was frozen in panic.
