So thats my meetings finished for today , they lasted about 8hrs in total . There must have been at least 15 interpreters as there were people from all over Europe . Some of the interpreters can speak about 5 languages . During our lunch break an American lady (interpreter) came to speak to me on our way to the restaurant to inform me that the interpreters were finding it difficult to translate what I was saying , I think they found it hard to translate my half Scottish , half Geordie accent into English then into whatever mumbo jumbo language they were speaking . Slightly hurt that they couldnt decipher my delicate tones . Really looking forward to chatting to them over dinner after a few beers now . Beer always makes me speak so clearly xx
