So the atoms that are above me are spread out further from one another than the ones that surround me in the pool. As droplets hit the surface of the water from my stroke they project an image of ringlets on the bottom of the pool that appear and disappear and remind me of the planets, galaxies, universes and atoms that surround me at the moment. I try real hard to not lose count of the number of lengths and the miles that i am swimming today, i have to try not to fall asleep, whatever negative energy seems to be washed away by action, by being immersed in water, air and sunlight...what i think about when i think about swimming....
