So the decapitation of innocent aid workers and journalists is being broadcasted by ISIS, Barack Obama narrowly avoided assassination in the White House and has received 3x the number of death threats of his predecessor, families are fleeing for their safety from Turkey and Syria, Chinese teenagers are putting themselves in danger by conducting a peaceful protest in Hong Kong and thousands of people are dying from Ebola in Africa with an increased risk of spread to Europe: all of which could have catastrophic consequences... The world is not a pleasant place at the moment. Definitely puts into perspective teenage problems, gossiping, assessment and how much we take for granted.
