So the doctor told me that my cholesterol and blood sugar tests were good the only thing I need to get in check is my blood pressure. I have been eating less salt, drinking more water, and trying to stress less. I took my BP yesterday at Rite Aid and it wasnt bad so I think I am on the right path to good health. I just really need to lose this weight. I may be a chubster but my health is in check so thats not too bad so far.
