So the famous uncle Eddie ONeill has for the last several Christmas blessed me with a selection of beers from around the world. This year it was the British Isles and northern Europe. last night was a brew from Belgium dating back to a group of monks in the year 1049! tonight is a Scottish ale from Belhaven Brewery. Who knew??!! In the mean time, 12 pounds of baby backs all rubbed down ready to hit smoker about noon tomorrow. have to have them ready for kickoff tomorrow night!!
