So the first negative email for the company came in this evening and I thought I would share it. Holding the name back of course. I bought the NoMar QD Plate from you on your site and I have to say, I am disappointed. I had high hopes for this part. This was one of those parts that just made my AR. But sadly not so. Ive seen several pictures of it on other ARs and compared to what I received, mine seems very thin. The sides feel like they might bend at some point. Fortis, Daniel Def and IWC have the thickness, but dont carry your style QD mount. Now as I told this individual in a response, you are not bending the part without some serious force. The part is made from SAE 1008 cold rolled steel with a thickness of 3mm x 2.5mm at the strap/hk hook tabs. And the QD bushing is also steel. If you can break this part in even the most harsh of conditions we will take you on a flying pig tour. Now do we have ill feelings towards such an email? No, not at all, but ensuring they understand what they have is a must. I do hope they have a better understanding now. (insert knife hand) I dont make shit that breaks because I do not half ass anything. Have a good weekend folks. Head up, and down range. Eric
