So the house is nearly still ;-) after a massive day of feasting and celebrations! A Watt family Christmas Day means feeding over 15 people 2 meals and 3 full to the brim dishwasher loads!! The kitchen looked like a bomb hit it a few times over lol but as they say; many hands make light work (only female hands though apparently ;-) though you did a great job on the rotisserie Greg (once you got it going) the rest of you boys, why dont you just relax and have four beers? ;) Phillip Michael Christopher Josh Watt.... And I think we did amazing ladies, Sue, Jessica, Rebecca the four of us worked as a killer team! Head chef? Yes darling? Too much? Maybe a little more garlic never too much! Who ever said too many cooks spoil the broth?!! Many food comas were had and plenty of booze was downed, I think my favourite drop was the 08 Clover Hill Sparkling... Still cooking at 9pm tonight- leftover fruit salad and mangos have made for a tasty little chutney to have with left overs and cheese platters tomorrow :-) bring on Boxing Day ;-) Hope you all ate well today my beautiful friends 😘❤️xxx
