So the last 24 hours has been filled with sadness and endings. I get that endings signify beginnings and that flowers bloom in spring after harsh winters and that change is inevitable, but I just hate crying so much that my contact lens rolls up on the white part of my eye because that is super painful. I also dont like waking up at two in the morning in a cyclone of regret, anxiety and despair, especially since I dont keep chocolate chip cookies by the bed, which is what I use to stuff my feelings when they arise (note to self: stock chocolate chip cookies by the bed). If people actually took advice from others on Facebook, Id suggest that we all be kind to one another right now, right here, because nothing lasts. But I sure dont take advice from people on Facebook, so I cant expect others to either. But Im thinking of you all with kindness right here, right now.
