So the saga continues, each day the PP Govt reveals why voting them into power was the biggest political mistake in TnT since the Attempted Coup of 1990. I was amazed, but not surprised to see that Sandra Hernandez, former CEO of state-owned National Quarries has been given a termination package of $800,000+ TTD. Now, if this was a valid contractual agreement between both parties,I would have had no problem. However, this goodly lady was employed to this post based upon a FALSE REPRESENTATION that she was the holder of a BSc in Business Management. She has NO such qualifications. As such, its a basic legal understanding that if a contractual agreement has been entered upon based on a FRAUDULENT DECLARATION by 1 or more of the parties, the contract becomes null & void, and the erring party MUST NOT benefit from any of the proceeds from the agreement. With National Quarries being a STATE OWNED entity, it means that public funds, namely taxpayers $$$ have been paid to this woman based on fraudulent information on her behalf. This to my knowledge is a CRIME; why are we, the loyal citizens of TnT being made to hold the SHITTY END OF THE STICK once more? For the umpteenth time within the last 3+ years, persons, who are FRIENDS of this Govt have been allowed to STEAL $$ from the public coffers and escape unscathed. If this is the new ACCEPTED policy of TnT, why are we bothering to ask persons to present certificates when being recruited into the Protective Services? To Hell with the aspiring Police Officer if he has 5 CXC passes; being supportive of the PP Regime should be sufficient? I really dont know how much more or for how long this Govt expects to keep up the practise of these nefarious activities going; what I can say is THE LONGEST ROPE HAS AN END. PP, beware of the BITTER FRUIT you will reap from this EVIL SEED you are sowing. Brian Stone & others, beat up if you want, you cant deny facts. I done talk.
