So the tomato sauce just finished and is out on the counter resting for 24 hours. Most of the cans have pinged already. I happen to look into the pressure canner and the bottom portion of the canner walls seem black or dark. Ill let the water cool and clean it good and see whats up. It could just be that I canned tomatoes and they are a reactive food. The process went smooth once the canner came up to proper heat.
