So there is this really sneaky thing on the ballot written to be hard to understand and to slip by unnoticed, effectively this could have been used to stop school desegregation by Eisenhower, stopped the voters rights act, stopped the removal of the Feurgeson police department by national guard and it could have been used to stop the implementation of Obama care . it makes it possible for legislatures to disregard federal directives set forth by the executive branch.
