So they cant discredit the FACTS so they (NYPD) are trying to make the public believe that officers deal with these type of guys everyday (which they do) so you can somehow in your heart have some remorse for the officer who committed homicide on a un-armed man using a tactic which is illegal by the NYPD and the state of NYC or to discredit any case that will emerge in the court of law by using the background of the only evidence in this case (being Ramsay Orta who filmed the ENTIRE INCIDENT WITH HIS IPHONE FOR THE WORLD TO SEE) But this STILL DOESNT UNDERMINE THE OFFICERS ILLEGAL USE OF A CHOKEHOLD THAT LED TO THIS MANS DEATH. For those of you who believe that Racism and POLICE TACTICS ARE OUT OF CONTROL IN NEW YORK then this is why its spot on.
