So this citation is apparently now becoming accepted legal authority in the federal courts: The use of the distinctive trademarks of others as internet domain names in order to profit from the goodwill associated with those trademarks is exactly the type of conduct that the ACPA is designed to prevent. See Gioconda Law Grp. PLLC v. Kenzie, 941 F.Supp.2d 424, 437 (S.D.N.Y. 2013) (Oetken, D.J.). I guess that case was good for something, after all.
