It inspired me to attend Pizza School at the Alice Academy (and yes, there is truly such a school) at some point. Anyway, I thought the translation of the review of the pizzeria was funny... (BTW Testaccio is a neighborhood in Rome).... The pizza scrocchiarella of Remo in Testaccio A Testaccio is an institution. Impossible not know Remo. Although the environment is of those the good, the pizza is one of the best in Rome. If you want to eat the typical pizza fine, the so-called scrocchiarella, the place is not to be missed. Sympathetic, almost folkloric, service. The waiters are easy to beat and with a good tip the favorable treatment is also excellent assicurato. Servono croquettes, fried zucchini flowers and various. The only drawback is that they often have to wait. In fact, being known, it is often very crowded. Once seated, however, is served immediately. The bill? Of those affordable.
