So this is a project that we walked into here in Tecumseh that was completely messed up, but we love those lol! So the walls had old termite damage, we replaced the studs. Then we insulated, sheet rocked and taped and bedded and waited on the cabinets to come in from lowes. Well, somehow, lowes (before we were ever hired) ordered the customers cabinets before they sent their installer out to measure...yeah...needless to say...they were completely wrong. So, we jumped in and went to lowes with our customer and completely re ordered all of their cabinets. Originally, the customers had one foot of filler over ten feet on the top cabinets and 9 inches on the bottom...when we got done, we ended up with 9 inches of filler total for all the walls. Not to bad! We also stained the floors! Tomorrow we are installing the new countertops and hand texturing, Monday setting the natural stone backsplash and painting, then grout Tuesday morning!
