So this morning a few of us ventured to Sutton Park to run the Cinder Path 10k, really well organised run across all sorts of terrain. Started on grass, then some concrete paths, then woodland (with lots of mud available to run through) and then did it all again, the people who were out for a Sunday morning walk didnt quite know what was going on. My legs still havent recovered fully so struggled on the off road sections and the hills resulting in a hobble back to the car.
