So, time for a little personal something. Last week, a bit of randomity, lots of things and movement! I was trying to keep up. In said attempt I drank very little water, yeah, had my coffee, shows my priorities, ugg!!! Must make water the priority and not, NOT coffee!! With that said I continued on that course and ate fast food, my belly was full but my intestines were saying WTF????? I then continued and pushed my body further and worked out and even spent time playing soccer with kids because I quite enjoy playing with my kids and physical activities, yet I was not caring for my body. Then it came to later in the week. I was REALLY not feeling well and my stomach now bloated. OH LORD HELP ME!!! What did I do! I had many symptoms. My back hurt, my this and that hurt and finally when reaching home I realized that I am simply full of SHIT! LITERALLY! So, what did I do? I practiced a very old therapy that has been handed down through centuries if not the beginning of time itself. I gave myself an enema. And another one. Oh my, the bloating disappeared and I was back to my bright smiling self again. Well, it took a bit of time, like an hour after that to allow my intestines to calm back down after getting all that out. Anyway, a little hint how I occasionally spend Friday nights. hahhaha! Not really, but I am sharing this because if you are not feeling well, maybe you are simply full of crapola?! Question still remains, what came first, the crap or the ola? hahahah! Hope this helps as this is my remedy when I do not feel well. Nothing like a good enema or two! ;-)
