So today I met with the surgeon and she was awesome. Its good to really like the person your going to entrust your girls to. :) so bottom line, double mastectomy with reconstruction. This may be my chance to get those boobs I have always wanted! Hehe! Sorry if that is TMI but I have to find the rainbow somewhere :) if she doesnt find anything else (about a 30% chance) when she is in there and its just confined to where we see it now, then there will really be no need for chemo or radiation. Yay! I have to meet with the plastic surgeon and geneticist next week and the surg. Will be at the end of April. Trying to work around prom and April Renee McCandless, Millie. I want to help even with bad boobs! The doctor said herself, I have a feeling nothing keeps you down for long. Well, yes, that is pretty true and I know it will be the case here. So I feel very positive about the whole thing and once again give God all the glory and thank him for my many, many blessings! Which you are all apart of! Hugs and love my friends!
