So today I took the kids to Wells Fargo to put money into their accounts. I try to get them excited about saving by talking about how much money they have in the bank. Imagine our surprise when, after depositing $13, Ophelias balance was $13.02. Apparently, someone claiming to be Brian Belefant had cleaned out the account. Same for Dashiells. The teller showed me a copy of one the withdrawal forms, which has my name written on it along with a signature thats not mine. Oh, and the withdrawals were made yesterday in California. I had to show my drivers license to make the deposits. Well done, Wells Fargo.
