So today I wanted to give everyone a history lesson on America and - TopicsExpress

So today I wanted to give everyone a history lesson on America and I thought to myself what better day than today? Stick with me now this is a lengthy read but it is more than worth it. In the begging days when America was but a embryo in mother Britains womb, each colony printed their own currency, had its own mint, and made sure they had enough gold or silver to back the amount of currency printed by their mint. Do you know what happened? America flourished the economy was strong and more and more people wanted to come settle across the pond. Poverty seemed like a thing of the past. It was a very opulent time for America. It seemed as if America would be a great nation. So what happened? For time purposes and because I know I could never cover all the points that led to the demise of a self sufficient, wealthy, bright new nation I will only cover a couple relevant points. The year is 1751, Britain passes the coinage act of 1751. Again I know most would not read all of the things the coinage act changed but, the most important thing that changed was that colonies were no longer allowed to print their own money. All the notes that had been printed by American mints were instantly left valueless. So now America had to borrow money on interest from the same world bankers Britain did. Poverty was introduced into the baby nation of America. Why is this important? These same bankers had just spread poverty ON A MASS SCALE all thought Britain. To try to completely explain the economics of how this worked over text would be a daunting task. In short however this is how it worked: only one bank is allowed to print money. Nobody else. So if you want $1 then you must borrow it from the one bank however you must borrow with interest. Lets just pretend its a quarter per dollar to keep the numbers easy. So now you owe the bank $1.25 lets say you pay them back that dollar its all good, however you still owe a quarter. So how do you pay it back? Borrow another dollar of course! So now you owe $1.50 then you pay off that dollar but now you owe two quarters! What do you do? Borrow more money! Notice a pattern? Thats right never ending debt. Even if you are only charged .1 cents per dollar the debt is still never repayable. Of course the colonists realized this and did not like it. So what did they do? Ever heard of the American revolution? Well thats what they did. Thats right the American revolution was fought to keep a private centralized bank out of America. Not because of a tea act or stamp act. Taxation with representation did have some to do but was by no means the cause. If Americans loved tea enough to revolt over it we would still have tea time and we would all be sipping on tea today. Of course the dirty bankers did eventually enslave America crippling her to borrow currency once again. Forcing her to conform to a system that literally only benefits a handful of men. A system that continues to deteriorate America to this day. I wont go into the details of that but if you want to know, read about the federal reserve. Of course you will never hear about or learn this in school. Do any of you remember studying where money comes from in school? Of course not. Why not? Ask the people in charge of public schools. This short lesson is of course like reading the abstract from a peer reviewed article. To really understand this issue you have to read and read and read. In a nutshell thats my lesson. My words are not said in hate, I am sure however people will look at my sentiments as anti-American. Many will label me as a terrorist and try to marginalize me. I assure you though, America is my second home and I love the America that could have been and that might still be, all I look to do is plant seeds of knowledge in an otherwise deforested nation. Forget that. Not just America but the rest of the world. I love all human beings. Contrary to what American television would have you believe, no one human is more human or better than any other human. However the media is a beast all its own so before I begin to digress even more I just want to say, happy Fourth of July Mercia drink beer, grill burgers, but ask yourself this, if you were kept in the dark about the REAL reason one of this countries biggest holidays is celebrated, what else is lurking in the shadows?
