So today for lunch I had a small veggy salad, apple wedges and two tablespoons of pb, a small vegetable smoothy, and a small fruit smoothy...handmade smoothies. Love, love, love them...and think that is so do-able and it filled me up. I went to the gym and did two miles on the bike and a mile on the treadmill. Now...feel good, but hope I can walk tomorrow. Think I will get up with Rich and hit the gym at 5:00 a.m. in the morning. Now I am reading Made to Crave and just have to remember..the bible says there are three ways satan tries to lures us away from loving him...cravings, lust of the eyes, and boasting. I can get back to being healthy and successful in my daily endeavors by learning to read my bible and praise him daily. Had a totally fantastic day! Got to spend time with my girls...and Gabs was so sweet! She is one of a kind! Night all!
