So today was programmed to be a heavy day, but I played a soccer game for the first time in years and my hips felt trashed when I woke up (am I getting old?). Instead of just skipping I decided to just do some light tech work and try to lossen up and iron out some of my problems in my lifts. Theres a time to push your body and a time to listen to it. I felt much better after I finished and got some good movement in.
