So tomorrow starts the second chapter in my food addiction recovery/weight lose journey. I never relapsed (which would mean I ditched everything I learned and went back to my old ways). Just hit pause to get through the holidays. Most importantly I have learned how to finally get past seeing this process as black and white/ hot or cold/on or off. I am happy to fully realize and celebrate even the littlest successes and spaces in between. Every moment gives you a fresh start. Some moments arent that great and thats okay! Just thought I would share my menu for the next three days. Again, hide me in your news feed if you dont want to read about this crazy ride! Day #1 Breakfast: Greek yogurt with blueberries and chia seeds 2 clementines Lunch: leftover kale and chickpea soup and apple slices Snack: cucumber and carrots and crackers with hummus Dinner: sweet potato wrap and black bean salad Day #2 Breakfast: high fiber toast with jam and hemp seed Lunch: Amys light frozen meal Snack: 100 calorie nut pouch with apple Dinner: chicken breast and green giant veggie steamer Day #3 Breakfast: High protein cereal with almond milk and strawberries Lunch: chicken breast diced with power greens, tomatoes, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds and balsamic vinegarette Snack: 2 Clementines and light baby bell cheese Dinner: Salmon with asparagus
