So towards the end of a long, involved dream, I was walking around some rich guys estate on a peninsula, when I had to jump up onto a ledge, which I did only to go down on all fours and tell another person in the dream Somethings wrong. I then shot awake and pushed myself up to end an apnea event. Caught it, but this time not early. Tends to confirm my theory that my apnea problems tend to wreck the transition between REM and deep sleep, meaning that I not only lose out restorative sleep, but stress the hell out if my body just when it is supposed to be being built back up. This tends to jibe with my daytime symptomology. Coping abilities are indeed compromised, but physical listlessness have, at least of late, been the main issue. Im okay right now, but well see what lies ahead.
