So true.. for those who complain about the price of photography.. there is so much more to it than just taking a good picture. It took me almost 3 hours to edit those two pictures last night and I dont even claim to be a professional!! If a photographer charges $60 for a minisession you are paying for the time of the shoot and the hours of editing. This is alresdy less than ten dollars an hour. Thats not including the props used for your shoot, the gas spent to get there, software, equipment upgrades, the training to learn more about how to make your pictures beautiful. For two weeks on maternity leave i taught myself how to use photoshop... HOURS of videos and practice.. and again.. i dont claim to be a professional. Photography is not a cheap profession... and believe me you get what you pay for.
