So two attempts on healthcare.gov so far. First time was good for an hour; kept completing registration with security questions only to be routed back to start page. Todays attempt, also an hour, directed me to call the 800 number. The lovely lady for whom English was maybe a second or third language, ultimately told me to try the website later during non peak hours. Maybe we should have farmed this out to Amazon. Just a thought.
