So very PROUD of my Daughter MIRANDA BRADBURN! She was inducted to the Junior Beta Club at the first of this month due to her Academic and Social achivements! Now, with this being said let me first give Praise and Thanks to God for his miracles we have witnessed over and over in Mirandas life!! Miranda was born dangerously pre-mature with Cerebel Palsy and Autisim to name a few, words we would learn qiuckly and learn to shape our lives around even quicker! We were told by the specialists that she would never walk, talk, feed, dress, communicate properly or be able to attend normal school, and if she could go to a specialized school for a few hrs. a day that would be the best we would be able to expect out of her, ever.....Thats when God showed up, showed out and surrounded us with people that were willing to work with, teach and most importantly LOVE our Miranda as much as her Mother and I do! And as she WALKED across that stage, REACHED out her hand and SAID an energetic Thank You to the represenative from the BETA Club that pinned her it was the memories of the tireless work of these people that made this amazing moment possible! So, Memorial Mission NIC-U, Dr. Ora Wells, Helping Hands Developmental Center, Olsen-Huff center, Shriners Hospital for Children, Kids-in-Motion Physical Therapy and Hendersonville Pediatrics Thanks so much for keeping us alive, well,communicating, progressing and keeping us stiving to walk and run to the very best of our ability! Now... to the people that are so close to our family that many of them have become family, and are DEEPLY loved! YOU each walked that stage with Miranda that night, even if it was only through Deby and Is hearts and minds.......Natalie Stiles, Leta Faye Pressley, Tonya Redding, Adam Parent and Tammy Askew you have made a remarkable difference in lots of childrens lives, but, I want to tell you from the bottom of my heart, you effect so much more than that, sometimes you effect entire families, and in some cases, like ours, you dont just effect our lives you teach us what life is really about and what is truly important! Some people teach for a living, some teach as a profession, but God puts special people on this earth that teach for the love of others and having a hand in creating that HOPE for tomorrow, and I thank God he placed each of you in my families life and it is through YOUR hard work that THIS NIGHT was possible!! THANK YOU!
