So very tired!!@ Especially when they denied me 15 months retro disability when I had an accident in 1992. Followed all the rules, Followed doctors orders, kept meticulous documents, had information from my workplace, even filed three times on my own, got a lawyer who filed, then had a hearing in front of a judge. After all that, he concluded that I was a provaricator and denied my claim.I Should have gone for total disability. Since that time I have had several surgeries related ( either directly or indirectly) to my accident, and other conditions have arisen that have kept me from working. However, I have to be satisfied with the way things are and know that I did the RIGHT thing and that I am not one of the millions who have never paid into but yet are getting benefits from a system that was built by people who worked and paid into it.
