So, watching and learning about this stuff helps me better to understand it & if I understand it better it helps me steer away from it. Idgaf who knows about what Ive done Im not ashamed of it. Just know that Im going through the most difficult time of my life and u could easily relapse, but I havent. I chose to ask for help. Nobody made me. Whoever dont like it peace ✌ idc cause I got who I need by my side & I know Im strong asf not only for choosing to get better but talking about it openly. 😊
