So, we drove the 1049 miles to Odessa in two days..16 hours the first and 10 hours the second........we drove the 1075 miles home over three days......7 hours / 10 hours and 11 hours......spent the majority of the drive down fighting high winds across Arkansas and Texas.....the first part of the trip home was through freezing rain all the way from Odessa to about 50 south of Lawton......Then on I-44 there were only two rest stops....on at the 110 mile marker and the other at the 232 mile marker......doesnt the state of Missouri understand that rest areas are to provide travelers a place to stretch and use the potty without having to fight with local traffic or idiot people.......most states have rest areas every 45-60 miles......rant over
