So we had a guy come in today for a quote, I told Alexa $250-$300 for a 3 hour session, while I was setting up for my appointment tonight. He stood there n basically told her it was too much, n kept talking to her. I couldnt really hear him, but knew what was going on. I walked out n said we dont bargain hear man. If you want a cheap tattoo go some where else. I dont do cheap tattoos, i do them expensive shits. He got kind of pissed n walked out acting like were assholes. 1st off its an insult to me, 2nd Alexa was annoyed with dealing, and 3rd my appointment who was on her 3rd or 4th 3 hour session with me paying those prices was annoyed by him also. I have 3 months worth of appointments that are happy to pay my prices, and tip me on top of that. Im not going to take less pay to keep my business running, and feed my family because someone is ignorant on the subject. Usually these people are standing there with an $800 cell phone in their hand, but dont wanna pay much for artwork permanently embedded in their skin... When people come in looking for a bargain, they either get pissed n leave, or decide right then they like my integrity, n book with me. I dont give a shit, and will tell you what i think, because it saves all of us time. I have not the time nor the means because the proof is in the puddin, or your skin to be less metaphoric...
