So we have been trying to explain to DJ that he will be in his first off road race on October 26th at Tall Pines ATV Park !!! There are 2 motos for the side x side class, he and I will be racing the first class together, of coarse taking it easy for safety reasons , but he will be strapped in a 5 point harness as will I. The second heat , he will be observing myself and a fellow friend ( Treedodgers ) race the second heat. So excited to see DJ in an actual race ! do NOT care where we end up place wise, could care less if we are dead last , just want him to experience all the machines around us and seeing what a race is like. The coarse seems on the simple side, but we will be careful but for those of you that have ridden with us, we do not go slow, lol ! Should be a great time. Will be sure to post all the details on how we did and of coarse pics and videos. The Maverick has had several upgrades and Im sure it will perform well. I have been showing him some races on youtube etc.. and he gets very excited to watch ! Looking forward to a great 3 day weekend at Tall Pines ATV Park to end our traveling season on a high note, for this will be our last road trip until Feb. / March.
