So we misses our flight by 15 min, unbelievable that America airlines policy do not wait for customers, even those with disabilities, was not our fault your airlines had technical difficulties. 4 1/2 wait in Miami with dad, who is now delusional because not being able to sleep on the first flight. Thanks again American Airlines. Do not even get me started on the level of customer service here in Miami with this airlines! Tired to tales with their customer service here that was a joke. Do not blame the workers but American Airlines policies suck and to not give their supervisors authority to do anything ... Whats the point in having them anyways.
