So we moved house in November and EE have completely failed us on the broadband front. One visit from BT openreach. Another on Christmas Eve where the engineer didnt even show up. A third where some n00b just came and left. A fourth which never even happened as BT cancelled the appointment. Summary; 7 weeks without internet. £320 in mobile costs accrued. 1 measly discount of £10 and some kind of solution to the issue. Result. 2 very pissed off customers 😐
