So, we survived our first weekend without a kitchen. As Murphys law would have it, out outdoor kitchen sink ( where we planned to wash dishes, etc) sprung a leak on a day 1 of the remodel. Washing dishes in the downstairs powder room sink was not what I was expecting! However, it does cause one to pause and use more paper plates and bowls. We did a good job of eating our way through the fridge, freezer and pantry so I am proud of us. Not liking the dust but I know it is temporary. Stay tuned. More pics in a couple days.
