So weird- made offer, offer accepted; house inspected, recommended repairs made; appraisal likely above asking/sale price with a gorgeous neighborhood and tax that well supports the home...oh and a beautiful acre, additional bedroom, additional bathroom and attached garage...for the SAME asking price as the train wreck we were wrapped up in for 3mo trying to buy... But hey- I was told its not a buyers market. Ummm, 5 business days -signed, sealed and delivered. WINNING! - oh and still $200/mo less than the asshole charged me for rent in the goldmine of a shitshow I started out in a year ago. Greed is about equal to being snapped in the ass with a wet towel, wouldnt ya say?!
